Masaurya Curry

Fermented Black Gram Curry – Masaurya Curry
Masaurya (fermented black gram) – 50 gms
Chopped onion – 1
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

1. Fry the chopped onions in hot oil with cumin seeds.
2. Add masaurya, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of hot water to the mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Serve wtih plain boiled rice.
