Tama Curry Recipe

Tama – 250 gms
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Fresh round chilli – 1 slice
Salt – 1/2 tsp

1. Fry the asafoetida seeds in hot oil.
2. Add finely sliced tama, turmeric powder, sliced round chilli and salt. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Serve with plain boiled rice.
