Buckwheat Fritter – Phulaurah
Buckwheat powder – 250 gms
Baking powder – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Fresh and finely chopped onion leaves – 6
Salt – 1 tsp
1. Make a thick batter of all the above mentioned ingredients, mixed together with 1 cup of water.
2. Heat oil and deep fry a tbsp of the batter at a time, until it becomes golden brown.
3. Serve hot.
