Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 gms, chopped into small squares
Carrot – 1, finely chopped
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Capsicum – 1, finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Butter – 1 tblsp
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, carrot, capsicum and stir well.
4. Add the tomato sauce, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
5. Finally add the paneer squares and stir well.
6. Add lemon juice and stir to mix well.
7. Garnish with spring onions (if desired).
8. Serve hot.
