Ingredients:
Minced meat – 1/2 kg
Onions – 2, chopped and fried
Black pepper – 1 tsp, ground
Green chillies – 6, sliced
Fresh coriander – 4 to 5 tbsp
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
Besan – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Egg – 1
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the other ingredients, except oil.
2. Make flattened balls with this mixture using your hands.
3. Shallow fry the kebabs until crisp from both sides.
4. Serve with green chutney.
