Chicken Tangri Kebab

Chicken leg pieces – 2
Curd – 1/2 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Edible orange colour – few drops

1. Clean and wash the chicken pieces and make small slits on them.
2. Marinate the chicken in curd, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt. Keep for 3 to 4 hours.
3. Put the leg pieces onto the skewers and grill until thin crust develops.
4. Season with lemon juice and chaat masala before serving.
