Lassi is a popular beverage across India. Traditionally consumed during summer time, lassi has numerous health benefits – keeps your body cool from the heat, provides you with protein and calcium, reduces acidity, improves immunity and more. This variation of the lassi uses strawberries and bananas.

Strawberry Banana Lassi

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries – 5
  • Banana – 1/2
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Sugar – as required
  • Salt – a pinch

Method:

  1. Chop the fruits and blend it in mixer along with little milk or water.
  2. Filter the juice.
  3. Add the curd, salt and sugar.
  4. Blend well until frothy.
  5. Tasty strawberry banana lassi is ready to serve.
