Tiny, silvery fish curry – Motiallem Sukhem
Motiallem – 400 gms
Onions – 2, chopped
Green chillies – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 1 clove
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
1. After washing the fish thoroughly, parboil it in a little salted water.
2. In a pan, add some oil and fry the onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic. After a few minutes, add the parboiled fish.
3. Stir fry till slightly crisp.
4. Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice.
