Ingredients: Any Fresh Water Fish – 1 kg, de-boned and cut into 2 inch pieces Vinegar – 2 tblsp Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp Eggs – 2, beaten Oil for frying Salt to taste Bread Crumbs as required
Method: 1. Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, vinegar and salt. 2. Keep it aside for one hour. 3. Dip each piece of marinated fish in the beaten egg, roll it on bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown. 4. Serve hot with potato chips.
