Haak (Kashmiri Spinach)
Ingredients:
Spinach – 500 gms
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Yellow mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Spring onions – 2, sliced

Method:
1. Trim and chop the spinach.
2. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
3. Add mustard seeds and when it stops crackling, add the garam masala powder, spring onions and the spinach.
4. Cook on high flame without covering, till the water has evaporated.
5. Serve hot.
