Crushed garlic – 4 tbsp
Large prawns – 500 gms, shelled
Butter – 5 tbsp
Chilli and lime salad dressing – 5 tbsp (use lime juice or lemons as substitutes)
Onion – 1, big size and chopped
Freshly crushed black pepper
Marjoram – 1 tsp
Ground sea salt as per taste
1. Take the butter in a pan and heat it so that the butter melts. Add garlic and chopped onion to it. Fry on high flame for about 30 seconds.
2. Put in the prawns and toss them well.
3. Next, mix with it, the chilli and lime salad dressing. Lemons or lime juice are good replacements.
4. Over the prawns, sprinkle marjoram. Add the sea salt and black pepper to it.
