Butterfly Prawns

Prawns – 500 gms, big, peeled, deveined
Egg – 1, beaten
Milk – 1 tblsp
Seasoned Flour

1. Cut each prawn right through to resemble a butterfly.
2. Dip in the flour and then in the egg mixed with milk.
3. Dip them firmly in the breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the prawns in hot oil.
5. Remove and drain.
6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Tip: Seasoned flour is flour that has been seasoned with a variety of different spices and seasonings such as salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder.
