100g butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1â„4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 baguette, halved lengthways
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic and oregano. Spread the mixture over the cut sides of the baguette.
2. Sprinkle the bread with Parmesan, and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Grill under a high heat for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice and serve hot.
