Lassi

Meethi Lassi

Ingedients:
Plain curd (yoghurt) – 4 cups
Castor sugar – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Rose water – 2 tbsp
Crushed ice cubes

Method:
1. Put yoghurt, rose water and sugar in a blender.
2. Process for 1 minute.
3. Pour into 4 glasses and top with ice cubes.
