Tomato Dal

Tomatoes
Ingredients:
Moong Dal – 1 cup
Tomato – 2
Green Chillies – 1, finely chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, finely chopped
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds – handful, chopped
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Pressure cook the tomato and dal until 2 whistles.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds till it starts to splutter.
4. Add green chillies and ginger.
5. Stir well and add the dal-tomato mixture.
6. Add salt and coriander leaves.
7. Simmer for 2 minutes.
8. Remove and serve hot with roti.
