Dried Prawns Fry

dry prawns – 1/2 kg
salt to taste
onions – 1 big, chopped
green chillies – 2 cut into pieces
garlic – 2 cloves crushed
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder – 2 tsps
cumin powder – 1 tsp (roasted)
coriander powder – 1 tblsp (roasted)
mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
tamarind juice – 1 1/2 tblsp
oil – 2 tblsp

1. Fry dry prawns in a tawa for 2 minutes.
2. Remove and make it cool.
3. Clean and wash it in water.
4. Drain and mix all the above ingredients and keep aside.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and garlic.
6. When it turns golden brown, add fish mixture and add little water.
7. Cover the pan and cook.
8. Make it dry and remove.

    Do you know how much is 1/2 kg dry prawns? or are you posting recipes for the sake of posting?
