How to Make Kashmiri Garam Masala Recipe

2 tbsp black cumin seeds
4 tbsp black cardamoms
1 tbsp peppercorns
2 tsp cloves
1 tbsp cinnamon
10 blades mace
1 nutmeg
6 bay leaves
8 tbsp aniseeds
4 tbsp ginger powder
20 kashmiri red chillies
4 tbsp coriander seeds

1. Pound all separately and sieve together.
2. Keep in an airtight bottle.
