Carrot Pachadi Recipe

A simple and easy to make delicious pachadi with grated carrot.
Grated Carrot

Ingredients:
Curd – 2 tblsp
Carrot – 1, grated
Asafoetida Powder – a pinch
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil – 1/4 tsp
Ginger – 1/4 tsp, finely chopped
Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped

Method:
1. Mix the curd, salt and asafoetida powder in a bowl.
2. Beat well until creamy.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
4. Fry the ginger, urad dal and green chillies for 30 seconds.
5. Add carrot, cumin seeds and coriander leaves.
6. Saute for a minute.
8. Add this to the curd and mix well.
9. Serve at once.
