Masala Lassi Recipe

Lassi is a popular Indian drink made with thick curds. Available in numerous of flavours depending on where one is, they are a perfect and healthy body coolant especially during summer.
Masala Lassi

Ingredients:
Curd – 1 cup, thick
Green Chilli – 1, small, finely chopped
Ginger – 1/4 inch piece, finely chopped
Mint Leaves – few, chopped
Black Salt – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Ice Cubes – 2 to 3 (optional)

Method:
1. Beat the curd well.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix until fully blended.
3. Pour into a serving glass with 2 to 3 ice cubes.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
