Chicken Egg Roast


1 kg chicken
2 tbs maida
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 cups bread crumbs
salt and pepper (powdered)

1. Clean, wash and cut the chicken into equal portions.
2. Put them in a pan and add required quantity of water.
3. Cook till 3/4 boiled.
4. Take the pieces and sprinkle salt and powdered pepper and maida.
5. Boil the milk.
6. Remove from fire and break eggs in it.
7. Beat weel, dip the chicken pieces in this mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
8. Deep fry in oil.
