Tamarind Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
Parboiled rice – 2 cups
Red gram dhal – 1 cup
Coconut (grated) – 1/2 cup
Red chillies – 8 to 10
Tamarind  – A lemon sized ball
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper corns – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – A hamdful
Hing – A linch
Salt – 2 tsps.

Method:
1.  Soak rice and gram together for 2 to 3 hours.
2.  Grind with the rest of the ingredients ( except curry leaves ).
3.  Add salt to the batter and put curry leaves.
4.  Heat a tawa and prepare dosas. Roast on both sides.
