Sponge Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
Parboiled rice – 2 cups
Rice flakes – 1/4 cup
Buttermilk – 3 or 4 cups
Cooking soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – to taste.

Method:
1.  Wash rice and rice flakes thoroughly and then mix them together.
2.  Soak them in buttermilk for 8 to 10 hours.
3.  Grind to a smooth paste. Add salt.
4.  Heat a tawa, put soda into the batter, stir well and prepare dosas.
5.  Roast on one side only.
