Carrot dosa

Raw rice – 1 cup
Parboiled rice – 1/4 cup
Carrots (grated) – 2 or 3
Red chillies – 4 to 6
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Onion (cut finely) – 1 big
Tamarind – A small ball
Salt  – To taste.

1.  Soak the raw and boiled rice together for two to three hours.
2.  Grind it along with red chilies, tamarind and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
3.  Add salt, grated carrots and onions to it.
4.  Heat a tawa and prepare dosas. Roast on both sides.

NOTE: This dosa should be prepared soon after grinding.
