Methi leaves dosai

Ingredients:
Raw rice – 2 cups
Coriander seeds – 5 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Coconut(grated) – 1 cup
Tamramind – A lemon sized ball
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Red chillies – 10
Hing – A pinch
Methi Leaves – 2 cups
Salt – To taste.

Method:
1.  Soak rice for four hours.
2.  Grind together all ingredients (except methi leaves) with rice.
3.  To this fine paste, add methi leaves, cut finely.
4.  Heat a tawa and prepare dosas.
5.  Roast on both sides. No fermentation required.
