Gangi Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
Sabudana (sago) – 2 cups
Rice flour – 1 cup
Black Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste.

Method:
1.  Boil the sago in water. Water the water into a bowl.
2.  To this, mix rice flour and pepper powder.
3.  Make a paste and add salt. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
4.  Heat a tawa, pour oil and prepare the dosas.
5.  The sago can be used to make “kheer”.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
