Rice flour – 1 cup
Potatoes – 2
Sour curd – 1/2 cup
Green chilles – 4
Coriander leaves – A small bunch
Salt – To taste.
1. Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
2. In a mixie, blend the mashed potatoes, flour, curd, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
4. Heat the tawa, pour oil and prepare dosas. serve hot with chutney.
