Orange Butter Pan Cake

Ingredients :
Egg – 1
Maida – 100 gms
Salt – a pinch
Milk – 1/2 cup
Fat – For frying
Butter – 75 gms
Brown Sugar – 100 gms
Juice of 2 oranges.

Method :
1.  Mix butter with flour, salt, beaten egg and milk.
2.  Cook like pan cakes, fold into triangle and arrange on a shallow dish.
3.  Heat butter and sugar in a pan, stir until sugar is dissolved.
4.  Add orange juice.
5.  Pour over pan cakes serve hot.
