Grind Together :
Garlic – 7 flakes
Jeera – 1/2 tbsp
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Pepper corns – 4
Aniseeds – 1/4 tbsp.
1. Cut onions and tomatoes finely.
2. Heat oil and fry onions till brown.
3. Add tomatoes and keep stirring till it becomes soft.
4. Mix ground masala and fry till oil separates from it.
5. Pour enough water as you need for the desired gravy.
6. Reduce flame, break eggs one by one slowly and slip it on the gravy gently , side by side.
7. Allow it to set and serve hot.
