Boiled eggs – 4
Oil or ghee – as required
Gring Together :
Red chilles – 3
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Small onions – 8
Salt – as required.
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the masala well, until oil separates.
2. Remove outer shells from boiled eggs.
3. Add eggs and fry well till the masala coats on top of the egg.
4. Serve with rice / Toasted bread.
