Onion – 1
Garlic – 3 or 4 flakes.
Ginger chilli paste – 1 tbsp
Methi or fenugreek leaves – 2 bunches.
Salt – as desired.
Oil – As required.
1. Heat oil and fry sliced garlic, onion until brown.
2. Add ginger chilli paste, fry for one more minute, add cut leaves and fry for few more minutes.
3. Add beaten eggs with enough salt and fry till done.
4. Serve with chappatis or pulkas.
