Diamond Cuts Recipe

Ingredients:
Milk – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 3/4 cup
Maida – just enough to bold
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Rub together ghee, sugar and milk in a mixing bowl till it blends well together.
2. Gradually add maida and mix it like a chappathi dough.
3. Roll it out into a sheet of 1/4 inch thickness.
4. Cut into small diamonds and deep fry in oil till crisp.
