Ingredients:
500 gms sugar
1/4 tsp of saffron essence
silver warq
1 tsp coarsely pounded cardamoms
100 gms coarsely pounded almonds
100 grms coarsely pounded pistachios
250 gms coarsely pounded walnuts and cashewnuts
100 gms melon seeds

Method:
1. Fry all the nuts to a red colour.
2. Put 2 cups water in sugar and prepare a syrup of one-string consistency.
3. Put in the nuts and cardamoms and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
4. Put in a greased thali, level the surface, cover with warq and set aside to turn cold, cut into squares and store in an air tight container.
