Green peppers in a yogurt sauce
Ingredients:
4 capsicums
1 1/2 cups curd
salt to taste
1 sprig of curry leaves
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp sugar

Method:
1. Chop the capsicums.
2. Heat the oil and add the mustard. When done, add the curry leaves and the capsicums, and fry until soft. Cool. Beat the curds with sugar and salt, add to the capsicums, and mix well. Serve chilled.
