Ingredients:
1 tomato
1 onion
1 lemon
1/2 medium sized cucumber
3-4 red radishes
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Wash the vegetables. Peel the onion and cucumber. Cut the vegetables into slices and the lemon into fours. Arrange the vegetable slices on a salad plate. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve at once.
