3 tablespoons sugar
a generous pinch of saffron
500 ml milk
2-3 cardamoms, powdered
1. Boil the milk on a slow fire with the sugar and saffron stirring all the while till it is reduced to about half the quantity. Chill
2. Skin and cut the mango into cubes. Chill
3. Mix the mango pieces with the thickened milk, and add cardamom powder. Serve Chilled.
