1/2 kg Rice
1/4 kg Mixed Tur Dal, Urad Dal and Chana Dal
5 Green Chillies
3 Red Chillies
Salt to taste
a pinch of Asafoetida
a little grated Coconut

1. Soak the rice and dals for 3-4 hours, then grind them coarsely.
2. Put in finely chopped chillies and the rest of the ingredients.
3. Then form like cheelas (dosas) on the griddle, adding oil so that they do not stick.
4. Cook on both sides.
5. Serve hot.
