Ingredients:
600 gms Jelly powder
2 cups diced seasonal fruit

Method:
1. Prepare the jelly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The general instructions for ready-mix jellies are as follows.
a) Boil an amount of water as directed by the manufacturer and remove from heat.
b) Add the jelly powder and mix well to dissolve thoroughly.
c) Strain and cool to room temperature.
2. Divide the fruit between four bowls or moulds.
3. Pour jelly into the bowls or moulds and chill to set.

Serve chilled.
