4 Chicken drumsticks, scored
1 Onion, finely chopped
400 gm Tomatoes, mashed
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
100 gm Mushrooms to garnish
Coriander leaves to garnish
1. Put the onion, tomatoes, sauce, honey, salt and pepper in a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Place the drumsticks on the grill pan and spread with the cooked sauce and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes on each side till cooked, basting with the sauce.
3. Halfway, through cooking time, put the mushrooms around the chicken.
4. Brush with the sauce and grill until cooked.
Tip: Serve on a bed of white rice, garnished with mushrooms and coriander leaves and remaining sauce.
