A simple, low calorie chicken with honey and mustard.
Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts – 250 gms, boneless, skinless
Vinegar – 100 ml
Honey – 4 tblsp
Dijon Mustard – 2 tblsp
Sunflower Oil – 2 tsp
Sage – 1/2 tsp, dried

Method:
1. Mix the vinegar, honey, mustard, oil and sage together.
2. Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for 30 minutes.
3. Grill the chicken for 7 minutes each side in a preheated medium grill.
4. Remove and serve hot.
