Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 clove garlic, crushed

Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well.
2. Larger quantities can be made and stored in refrigerator.
3. Serve with salad.
