Cucumber Potato Salad

Ingredients:
2 Cucumbers
1/2 kg Potatoes, washed
1 cup yoghurt
Mint leaves

Method:
1. Cook the potatoes in salted water and peel after cooling.
2. Cut into slices.
3. Peel cucumber and cut into slices.
4. In a salad bowl, put one layer of potatoes and one layer of cucumber and sprinkle yoghurt dressing on it.
5. Continue layering and sprinkle the mint leaves.
6. Leave for atleast half an hour and serve.

Serves 4 persons.
