Method:

1. Cut Stale bread (two days old) into 1 inch squares.
2. Heat two or three tablespoons of ghee or butter in a broad frying pan (kadai) and add the pieces in that and fry in reduced flame till bread turns crisp, and golden brown (or) Deep fry in hot oil till crisp.(Deep frying consumers more oil)
