This delicious and easy smoothie makes for a great start in the morning.
Ingredients:
Ripe Banana – 1
Espresso – 1 shot
Plain Yogurt – 125 ml
Cocoa Powder – 2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 tsp
Milk – 125 ml
Method:
1. Peel and chop the banana into small pieces.
2. Transfer to a blender alongwith espresso, yogurt, cocoa powder and cinnamon powder.
3. Blend well for 30 seconds.
4. Pour the milk and blend until smooth.
5. Pour into individual serving glasses.
6. Serve at once.
