Ingredients:
1 shredded lettuce
1 melon-cut into cubes
100 gm phalsa
100 gm stoned cherries
half a kg sliced cucumber
1 tbsp mint leaves to garnish
Dressing
200 ml thick yoghurt
half cucumber-chunked
2 tbsp mint leaves
grated rind 1 lime
1 tsp castor sugar
4 ice cubes
Method:
Arrange lettuce on a plate. Place melon and fruit on top, followed by cucumber slices.
Blend dressing ingredients together. Season well. Serve with salad.
