Guavas
Ingredients:
Guavas – 500 gms, finely chopped (not too ripe)
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Green Chillies – 4 tblsp, chopped
Ginger – 2 tblsp, chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 4 tblsp, chopped
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Grind to a smooth paste.
3. Transfer to a bowl.
4. Serve with roti, naan or rice.
