Pav Bhaji Masala Powder Recipe

Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
Coriander Seeds – 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 cup
Black Peppercorns – 1/4 cup
Fennel Seeds – 3 tblsp
Dry Red Chillies – 18 to 20
Black Cardamoms – 7 to 8
Cinnamon – 10 one inch pieces
Dry Mango Powder – 4 tblsp

1. Heat a pan over medium flame.
2. Dry roast the coriander, cumin, peppercorns, fennel, red chillies, cardamoms and cinnamon.
3. Add the mango powder and stir for a minute.
4. Remove, cool and grind to a fine powder.
5. Transfer to a clean sterilized jar.
6. Use as required.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
