Coconut cream is used in many cocktails, but, because it separates in the container, it will often need to be beaten or blended before using.
- White Rum – 1 part
- Coconut Cream – 1/2 part, beaten until creamy
- Guava Juice – 1/2 part
- Pineapple Juice – 1/2 part
- Ice cubes
- Guava slices
- Combine and shake the rum, guava juice, pineapple juice and coconut cream over ice.
- Pour into a large cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a guava slice.
