Masala Scrambled Eggs Recipe

A healthy, delicious and easy to make breakfast dish.
Masala Scrambled Eggs

Eggs – 8 to 10, beaten
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2, finely chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ginger Paste – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped

To Serve:
Bread Slices – 6 to 8, toasted

1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium flame.
2. Add the cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
3. Stir-fry for 30 to 45 seconds.
4. Add the onions and saute for a minute or two.
5. Add all the other ingredients, except, eggs and stir well.
6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Reduce flame to low and add the eggs.
8. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
9. Then using a spatula gently scramble the eggs until they are cooked.
10. Remove and serve at once with toasted bread.
