Masala Cashews Recipe

Masala Cashewnuts

Ingredients:
Cashewnuts – 100 gms
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Raw Rice Flour – 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – little
Oil as required

Method:
1. Combine the cashewnuts, rice flour, gram flour, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl.
2. Add little water and mix well to a semi-thick dough (not too thick and not too watery).
3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
4. Drop small portions (marble size) of the dough into the hot oil and fry till golden.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Serve.
