Mint, Lime and Honey Marinade Recipe

A versatile marinade that is perfect for any dish.
Mint Leaves

Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup, chopped
Red Chilli – 1, chopped
Lime Rind – 2 tsp, grated
Lime Juice – 30 ml
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 3 to 4 tblsp
Honey – 1 1/2 tsp
Sea Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp

1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer/blender.
2. Blend well until smooth or slightly coarse.
3. Remove and store it in an airtight container.
4. Use as required.
